Scottsbluff Schools Course Overviews are "parent and student friendly' versions of our Learning Guides. These Course Overviews are being introduced in all English Language Arts, Mathematics and Science courses at Scottsbluff High School as well as in middle school Science classes.
Course Overviews have been designed to support the 150+ detailed and aligned Learning Guides that SBPS has developed over the past five years and has continued to expand beyond core content areas into additional electives. These Learning Guides, which are refined on an ongoing basis, based upon teachers' classroom experiences, help to ensure that all students experience high level academic standards that progress in a coordinated manner from one grade level to the next.
